My husband and I have been vacationing here for 24 years. We thought we would never stay anywhere else in WW Crest, as it is a great location. However, in our stay last September, we found the ventilation to be poor. The fire alarm sounded from poor ventilation where all the guests were woken from their sleep in the wee hours of the morning. The fire Dept. Claimed it was from poor ventilation. I will not go back, as I suffered from allergies from the must and lack of air. For the first time in 24 years, we are venturing to another hotel. In addition, the rooms need to be updated and get new carpeting. If the hotel made more of an effort to clean air system, update rooms/flooring, maybe we would reconsider. Other than that, we had a great two decades as we love the location, pool and fantastic views.

Clean, family-friendly, very close to the beach. Perfect with it's own pool if you want to skip the beach. Only one parking space per room though (even if you are in a multiple person room or suit).

Can't say enough about our favorite Wildwood hotel. Friendly nice people that work and visit there. The staff is there to help with reservations and requests. The hotel is right on the beach and it's the best part of the beach down in Wildwood. Clean, relaxing and great sand. The hotel has a nice pool to dip into when you're done at the beach. Rooms are generous in size. They do a great job maintaining the place. There are a few places that could use some more attention, like the main hallway, but I can't knock them for it because overall we always have a fantastic experience at the El Coronado!???

El Coronado is located in Wildwood Crest right on the beach. The rooms are plain but very clean. The person that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Although check in is 3pm we arrived at 12:30pm. We were immediately checked in so that we could park on the property, get changed and go to the beach. The front desk person offered to call us when our room was ready. We took advantage of their off season package and received free full breakfast for our two day stay along with free dinner one night at great area restaurants and many attractions at low cost or free. There is a large pool with a large deck area with free grills and tables under a nice cabana area. We have been coming here for many years and will continue to do so.

Great place to stay. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and a very friendly staff. The best package deals for our annual 50s and beyond weekend.
